Double or Nothing Sit n Go single table poker online tournaments have to be one of the best inventions ever. I really wished I discovered them sooner. I mean, a 10 player field, and you only have to beat 5. C’mon, you can almost fold your way into the money. It’s such a great jeux de casino to play, I recommend everyone try one at least once. And if you lose more than 3 times in a row, just give up poker for ever. I was playing standard ABC poker online, perfect ranges opening pots, not donking around in pots I shouldn’t have been in, and essentially just taking down small ball unraised blind pots. I won 11 in a row and turned 10 dollars into 20 in a matter of about an hour. (Yes, I was small balling just to try it out). And then, you move up. And the play there, it gets worse. It’s so counterintuitive. If you’re a solid ring game player, you know as you move up to the 50NL, 100NL, 300NL etc, you start to see some seriously good play going on. But the double or nothing sit-n-goeswow just…wow. I’ve never seen a bigger lake of fish in my life. It’s almost all people trying to double up really quickly. You’ll find people playing their entire roll in these tourneys in hopes of hitting it big. So if you’ve never tried it, I’m mandating it right now, go play a double or nothing sit-n-go. Just do it. You’ll appreciate yourself for doing it.
