Sweating by the Water Cooler
For any of you who view Channel 4’s – very graphic – Embarrassing Bodies, you may have caught a recent instalment which emphasised the difficulties of inordinate sweating. This issue is of special interest to the Water Delivery Company and its sister, the Water Cooler Company, because it emphasises the importance of drinking water. Being aware of your sweat rate will also be able to give you a good estimation of how much water you should be taking in, which means you’ll know how often to visit the water cooler. Sweating is a necessity as it molds our body temperatures in humid weather, or when exercising, in fact if we didn’t sweat, we’d die. Interestingly enough, around 1% of the population sweats excessively in times when they are neither hot nor exercising. This condition is called hyperhidrosis, and those who have it can lose up to four times the typical amount of sweat a day! However much you sweat, it’s vitally important to keep your hydration levels precisely right. Both drinking too much, or not drinking enough water canproduce acute medical imbalances, and in this country, it’s the latter that is the most common issue. Having water coolers in the house could be just what you need, and with the vast range on offer, you’ll get the one you want.
